Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the website located at spinsamurai-aussie.com, operated under the brand "Spin Samurai" and referred to in this document as "Spin Samurai". By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website. Account Registration

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Randomness and fairness: The outcome of Games (except for live dealer games) is determined by a random number generator (RNG). Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Bonus offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses, including welcome packages, reload offers, free spins, tournaments and loyalty rewards. Each Bonus is subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific conditions communicated in the relevant promotion (the "Bonus Rules"). In case of conflict, the specific Bonus Rules prevail.

Maintenance, updates, regulatory actions (including blocking orders by authorities such as ACMA in Australia), or circumstances beyond the Operator's control may limit availability.
  • Indirect damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, reputation or goodwill.

Maximum Liability

  • Monetary cap: Subject to any non-excludable statutory rights, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Website, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed:
    • the amount of the Bet or Wager that gave rise to the dispute; or
    • where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the total amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, up to a reasonable maximum determined by the Operator.

Intellectual Property Rights

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

Bonus Funds and incomplete Bonuses are normally forfeited upon closure unless otherwise stated.

  • Regulatory status in Australia: You acknowledge that the Operator is licensed in Curaçao under licence number 8048/JAZ2020-013 issued by Antillephone N.V. and does not hold a gambling licence in Australia.
